We used Palmer’s catering for our son’s graduation party. My son wanted BBQ and Matt was wonderful with making recommendations and helping me with amounts etc. It was so nice having it delivered and set up for us, everything was delicious! Palmers provided catering for a baby shower we hosted over the weekend, and they were wonderful to work with! It was a rainy day, and Matt went above and beyond to make our experience great. He helped us all the way from choosing the menu to loading out at the end of the party. He was easy to communicate with; the food was delicious, and we appreciated how much he cared about all of the small details. My colleague and I worked with Kayleigh to cater a large student event. She was flexible, easy to work with, clear, and followed through promptly. When our order was delivered, not only was everything fresh and delicious, but Matt went above and beyond to help us set up and ensure all the the sternos were lit and functioning properly. Had my wedding catered with palmers a few weeks ago and from start to finish it was amazing ! Kayleigh worked with me every step up of the way. Venue staff commended palmers staff for the professionalism and all of my guests kept asking where the food was from ! Palmer's catered our annual Sporting Clays tournament and I couldn't have been happier with their customer service, quality of food, and professionalism. Kayleigh Nett went above and beyond from the initial planning stages to the day of the event. Superior customer service today and everyday I'm sure. This store was very busy on busy New Year's Eve day but I had such a tremendous experience. It was well staffed and the store was very organized. The stock was plentiful. The people were very friendly. Helpful and excellent products. We ordered catering for our housewarming party (I wasn't going to cook for 40 people less than a week after moving in, you know what I mean?) and got enough for 60ish people. We ordered grilled chicken, pulled pork, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes and salad. Everything came exactly how we ordered it and how we expected it. Everything was packaged really nicely and neatly. Most importantly, everything was DELICIOUS. All dang night I was asking people how the food was and everyone agreed it was amazing - the pulled pork and the mashed potatoes were called out the most for being delicious. It was very decently priced for everything we got and the price we paid also included getting cutlery, napkins, etc. INCREDIBLE service, price and food.
